We only sell plots. Layouts, township names, and site plans are not published on this website. After we speak, I brief you on what is actually available and how the paperwork works.

Start with buyers
You talk to people in your city. I stay on the call for site visits, documents, and registration so the buyer is never left guessing.

Earn when a plot closes
You are not joining a company brand. You work with Yash Jain, a RERA-registered consultant. As plots close, you earn — from wherever you are in India.
